1. Booking Cancellation

• All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or WhatsApp using the registered contact details.
• The date on which we receive the cancellation request will be considered the official cancellation date.
• Cancellation requests are subject to confirmation by Fly Venture Tour & Travel.

2. Cancellation Charges

Cancellation charges are applicable based on the number of days before the scheduled departure date:

• 30 days or more before departure: 10% of the total package cost.
• 15–29 days before departure: 25% of the total package cost.
• 7–14 days before departure: 50% of the total package cost.
• Less than 7 days before departure or No Show: 100% of the total package cost.

Please note: Cancellation charges may vary depending on the policies of airlines, hotels, transport providers, houseboats, and other third-party service providers.

3. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are generally non-refundable once confirmed:

• Flight Tickets
• Train Tickets
• Hotel Reservations booked under special promotional offers
• Houseboat Bookings
• Adventure Activities
• Gondola Tickets
• Visa Fees & Travel Permits
• Travel Insurance
• Any service specifically marked as non-refundable at the time of booking

4. Refund Process

• Eligible refunds will be processed only after receiving confirmation from the respective airlines, hotels, transport providers, or other travel partners.
• Approved refunds will be credited through the original mode of payment within 7–14 business days.
• Processing time may vary depending on banks or payment gateways.
• Bank charges, payment gateway fees, and transaction charges are non-refundable.

5. Amendments & Rescheduling

• Requests for changes to travel dates, hotels, itinerary, or transportation are subject to availability.
• Additional charges may apply based on the policies of the respective service providers.
• Fly Venture Tour & Travel reserves the right to accept or decline amendment requests based on operational feasibility.

6. Cancellation by Fly Venture Tour & Travel

If Fly Venture Tour & Travel cancels a tour due to operational reasons or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, customers will be offered either:

• An alternative tour package of similar value, or
• A refund for the unused portion of the booking, subject to deductions made by third-party service providers.

7. Force Majeure

No refunds or compensation shall be provided for cancellations, delays, or interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters
• Heavy snowfall, landslides, floods, or earthquakes
• Political unrest
• Government restrictions
• Road closures
• Pandemics or public health emergencies
• Airline cancellations or transport disruptions
• Any other force majeure event

8. Early Departure or Unused Services

No refund will be provided for unused hotel stays, sightseeing, transportation, meals, or activities resulting from:

• Early departure
• Late arrival
• Illness
• Personal reasons
• Failure to utilize the booked services
